Responsables de dar el color rojo a la sangre, transportan una prote\u00edna rica en hierro llamada hemoglobina que recoge el ox\u00edgeno de los pulmones y lo lleva al resto del cuerpo. Se calcula que una persona cuenta con entre 4 y 5 millones de hemat\u00edes por mililitro de sangre. Los gl\u00f3bulos rojos tienen una vida media de unos 120 d\u00edas, con lo que constantemente se est\u00e1n regenerando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cu\u00e1les son los valores correctos de hemat\u00edes<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsevier.es\/es-revista-revista-medica-clinica-las-condes-202-articulo-interpretaciyn-clynica-del-hemograma-S0716864015001480 \"><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsevier.es\/es-revista-revista-medica-clinica-las-condes-202-articulo-interpretaciyn-clynica-del-hemograma-S0716864015001480 \">hemograma<\/a><\/strong> es el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saludonnet.com\/blog\/como-se-interpreta-un-analisis-de-sangre\/  \">examen de sangre<\/a><\/strong> m\u00e1s solicitado por los m\u00e9dicos para conocer la salud de los pacientes. Los valores normales de los hemat\u00edes pueden variar de un laboratorio a otro, pero por regla general se sit\u00faan en un rango que va desde los 4,52 a los 5,90 en hombres y entre los 4,10 y los 5,10 en mujeres, millones por mililitro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El eritrograma se encuentra dentro del hemograma y es el estudio de los gl\u00f3bulos rojos. Adem\u00e1s de \u00e9stos, tambi\u00e9n incluye hemoglobina, hematocrito, volumen corpuscular medio, concentraci\u00f3n de hemoglobina corpuscular media, hemoglobina corpuscular media y RDW o \u00edndice que eval\u00faa la diferencia de tama\u00f1o entre los hemat\u00edes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Causas del descenso de los hemat\u00edes<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los gl\u00f3bulos rojos necesitan hemoglobina para transportar el ox\u00edgeno por todo el cuerpo. El organismo debe mantener un nivel normal de gl\u00f3bulos rojos y para lograrlo los \u00f3rganos deben funcionar bien. &nbsp;En este sentido es necesario que tenga <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saludonnet.com\/blog\/que-aportan-las-vitaminas-al-organismo\/\">aporte de vitaminas<\/a><\/strong>, como el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saludonnet.com\/blog\/para-que-sirve-la-vitamina-b9-y-que-provoca-su-deficiencia-en-la-salud\/ \"> <\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saludonnet.com\/blog\/para-que-sirve-la-vitamina-b9-y-que-provoca-su-deficiencia-en-la-salud\/ \">\u00e1cido f\u00f3lico<\/a><\/strong> y la vitamina B12, y de hierro. &nbsp;Cuando la concentraci\u00f3n de hemoglobina est\u00e1 por debajo de lo normal aparece la <strong>anemia<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen diferentes tipos de anemia. Las principales son: por <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saludonnet.com\/blog\/anemia-por-deficit-de-hierro-sintomas-causas-y-tratamiento\/\">d\u00e9ficit de hierro<\/a><\/strong>, por d\u00e9ficit de vitaminas, por enfermedad cr\u00f3nica, por patolog\u00edas de la m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea o de origen gen\u00e9tico. Generalmente los s\u00edntomas son muy parecidos en todas ellas y su intensidad depende del tipo de anemia que se tenga. Los m\u00e1s frecuentes son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cansancio y p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palidez. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incremento de la frecuencia cardiaca. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dolor de cabeza. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dificultad de concentraci\u00f3n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insomnio. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mareos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo aumentar los hemat\u00edes<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El tratamiento depende del tipo y severidad de la anemia. La anemia ferrop\u00e9nica requiere suplementaci\u00f3n de hierro (60-120 mg\/d\u00eda de hierro elemental) adem\u00e1s de cambios diet\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En casos de anemia moderada-severa, intolerancia oral o condiciones inflamatorias cr\u00f3nicas, se requiere hierro intravenoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, es recomendable una dieta que incluya carne, legumbres, verduras de hoja verde y frutos secos y tambi\u00e9n vitamina C, para ayudar al est\u00f3mago a absorber el hierro ingerido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes los hemat\u00edes bajos y no sabes a qu\u00e9 es debido es recomendable que acudas al m\u00e9dico para que te oriente.
